| Benefit | The tool because of it having the proper geometry and made of solid carbide will increase productivity and lower costs. Because Solid Carbide End Mills would not cut the parts cleanly they reverted to HSS tools. They could only produce 1 to 2 parts per tool. The 67-205 ran 200 parts at the higher feed rates with parts completed off the Router. This adds more value by eliminating expensive secondary operations done by hand.
