Marathon Compressions	.	The Onsrud Marathon is the longest running compression tool due to advancements in cutting geometry and the addition of a unique Onsrud coating. Longer cutting tool life is due to the advanced coating creating a harder and tougher cutting edge.
Honeycomb	.	Tooling for fabrication of honeycomb core and panel. Brochure contains new product including diamond grit, solid carbide, and reduced weight hoggers designed for today's high-tech materials. Honeycomb cutters are used in the aerospace, automotive, marine, wind energy and other industries where low weight, high strength construction is required.
5 Flute End Mills	.	Slot, profile, and semi-finish with Onsrud's 5 Flute high-performance end mills. The 5 flute tools can be run at feed rates 20% over 4 flute tools. Suitable for use in titanium and other high-temp alloys.
Spiral "O" Flute Tools For Acrylics Tools For Acrylics	Not Available in Print	The 63-500 series of tools have geometry designed specifically for Cast or Extruded acrylics. The tools will produce excellent edge finishes that eliminates, or reduces, secondary steps before flame polishing.
Aluminum Rougher Aluminum Rougher	.	Take advantage of Onsrud Cutter's through-coolant roughers. Through coolant provides flow and pressure directly to the cutting zone. The coolant provides lubricant, dissipates heat and clear chips, which is especially important during deep cavity work, resulting in increased tool life and productivity levels. An improved rougher pattern generates lower cutting forces and allows for increased feed rates.
Stainless Steel Stainless Steel	.	Cutting stainless steel on a router can be a challenging task due to the high spindle RPM's. Onsrud solved this problem by developing a line of tools which are capable of running at high speeds and providing good tool life. Our cutting geometry also provides an excellent side and bottom finish in a wide variety of stainless grades.
Tuff Core Compression Tuff Core Compression		First solid-carbide compression that utilizes a tough inner carbide core for strength and a wear resistant outer shell for long life in abrasive materials.
Drilling Drilling	Out of Print	Drills designed for composite, titanium, aluminum and other non-ferrous materials.
Boring Bits Boring Bits		Boring bits for boring heads and gang drills. The brad point and 60 degree through-hole bits are made of solid carbide and mounted in high speed steel shanks and available in right-hand or left-hand rotation and in 57mm or 70mm lengths. The 35mm bit is of carbide-tipped construction and designed to produce a flat bottom hole for hinge mounting.
