1. Why do I need to register?
You don’t have to register to search our products, technical articles or explore our website. However, you are required to register for stock status and to place an order with Onsrud Cutter, LP. This will ensure that your order will be processed accurately and efficiently.

.2. When will my order be shipped?
At Onsrud.com, we ship most orders the same business day they are received, assuming all items are in stock and the order is received by 2 p.m. C.S.T. We do not ship any orders on weekends or holidays.
 

.3. Step By Step Ordering?
 

    1. Register: Fill out ONE time registration form and submit. This information will be kept strictly confidential.

    2. Login: Use your email and password (sent to you via email upon completing registration in step 1)

    3. Search: You can search our product by

    4. Make Selection/Check Inventory: Select parts that you want to purchase and check inventory to make sure these items are in stock.

    5. Add Items to Shopping Cart: Add selected items to cart and you are ready to checkout

    6. Checkout: Verify items, correct quantity, and correct shipping method and shipping address before you checkout
      .
    7. Confirm Order: Enter credit card related information before you confirm the order.

    8. Order Acknowledgement: Send it via email on order confirmation page.

4. What do my security settings need to be if I am using Microsoft® IE?
Your security settings need to be set to "Medium." A setting higher than that result in improper screen displays and you will not be able to login to the secure "commerce" portion of the site.

5. How do I change my security settings in IE?
Click on "Tools" in the menu bar, select "Internet Options." and then select the "Security" tab. Next select the "Custom" button. Finally reset to "Medium" and click on "OK" to close out the "Security Settings" and "Internet Options" screens.
 

6. What Browsers does Onsrud.com support?
Onsrud.com supports current versions of most browsers such IE8+, Mozilla Firefox 17+, .
 

7. Why, when I am trying to login in using IE, does the login page keeps reappearing after I enter my login and password?
A possibility is that your IE cache refresh settings are set to "Never." To change this setting: Click on "Tools" in the menu bar, select "Internet Options." and then select the "Settings" button. At a minimum, select the "Automatically" setting. Click on "OK" to close out the "Settings" and "Internet Options" screens.
 

8. Why does my commerce session logout after a period of inactivity?
For security reasons, Onsrud.com commerce sessions timeout after 30 minutes of inactivity. To continue your session, simply login again.

9. How does Shopping Cart work?
Onsrud.com maintains your commerce order (by login ID) in a shopping cart. Our shopping cart environment exists once you place an order or add selected items from an order, quick order, price & inventory results or favorites screen into the shopping cart. This allows you to maintain an ongoing shopping cart until you are ready to complete your order. The information in your shopping cart will be saved for you until you logout or you actively delete the items before you logout.

10. How do I enter a catalog part number that includes punctuation and spaces?
Enter the part number as it appears in catalog. Only punctuation you need is dashes ( - ). Make sure to use dashes ( - ) and not underscore ( _ ). Any other special characters like asterisk ( * ) should not be typed as part of number.
