Onsrud makes standard and special drills for aluminum and other nonferrous metals. Products for aerospace applications include Double-Margin, Piloted, Drill Reamer, One Shot and Drivematic® drills.

Onsrud can produce multiple-diameter step drills that can combine several processes into one. Examples include drill and chamfer, drill and counterbore, drill and countersink, drill and ream, and drill and drill. By combining operations additional tools, setups, and run times are reduced or eliminated. Step drills can be straight or spiral flute and can be designed with coolant through capabilities.
